    My Story

Before becoming a therapist, I trained and worked as an actress.

On the surface, it might seem like a big leap to go from the stage to the therapy room, but it was in realty a natural progression. Acting is, at its heart, the study of people. It's about understanding emotion, motivation, and what makes us who we are.

Through my acting work, I learned to step into other people's worlds. It taught me to listen deeply, to observe what's said and unsaid, and to connect with the full range of human experience.

Those same skills now sit at the core of my work as a psychotherapist and mental health trainer.

Character study taught me to see beyond the surface of human behaviour.  My therapy training has taught me how to hold space for complexity, and to meet people exactly where they are.

My transition into psychotherapy was driven by a desire to move from portraying stories to helping people rewrite their own.  I wanted to use my understanding of emotion in a more lasting and practical way by supporting real people to make sense of their lives, their patterns, and their potential for change.

    LET'S TALK

Today, I combine psychological insight with down-to-earth communication.

I help individuals and organisations understand the human mind in ways that create real impact. Whether I'm working one-to-one in therapy or delivering corporate training, my approach remains the same: grounded, compassionate, and focused on what it truly means to be human.
